Shipping & returns

Every piece ships from Israel, packed in a gift box.

Delivery

Orders are sent within [3 business days] of payment with a tracking number. Typical delivery times: Israel [3–7 business days], Europe and North America [10–20 business days], other countries [2–4 weeks].

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties or import taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the recipient.

Returns

You can return a piece within [14 days] of receiving it if it is unworn and in its original packaging. Write to me first, and I'll send the return address. The refund is made to the original payment method once the piece arrives back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged.

Custom pieces made to your request can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within [48 hours] and I'll repair, replace or refund it.
